Repayment Mortgage
This type of mortgage is also known a “capital payment”. You make monthly payments which contribute toward the total amount borrowed and interest payable.

Repayment mortgages are paid over a specified period. Assuming that all payments are met, the mortgage is guaranteed to be paid in full at the end of the arranged mortgage term. Even though only a small amount will be paid off in the beginning, as time progresses the amount paid off each year will increase.
